According to the definition of the World Health Organization, "wellness" is "not just not being sick; It is also a state of physical, mental and social well-being. " Everyone wants to be confident and happy, and the concept of wellness indicates this state of well-being.

In general, you may be doing things in harmony with the wellness culture. Let's stop and think: What makes you happy? What are you doing well? Do you think you have a balanced life? Just because a person is 'healthy' does not mean that there are no problems or difficulties in his life. Rather, individuals with healthy lives are better at dealing with these challenges. Therefore, we can say that a healthy individual has some personal characteristics, resources or tools that help him overcome difficult times. Wellness also means being a resilient individual who can cope with and get rid of life's difficulties. As a matter of fact, Abraham Maslow expresses the following about wellness: "Living in the moment is the most important component of mental health."

Occupational dimension: It affects the occupational health, age, employment level, education, position and financial situation of the person.
